A Fee Booklet will be issued by the school once a year to every student free of cost. It will be replaced on payment of Rs.50/-.

Fee should be paid in cash only from 1st to 20th of July, Sept., Nov. & Jan.; after that a fine of Rs.100/- for the days and thereafter Rs.150/- shall be charged for the next month.

If the last date i.e. 20th of the month mentioned, is a holiday, the fee will be accepted without fine on the following working day.

Fee are payable for the entire 12 months of the year. No deduction will be made for broken periods of absence.

Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Office hours to deposit the Fee.
Monday to Friday : 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
Saturday : 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.


  1. Pupils will not be allowed to sit for the Examinations unless all dues are paid upto date.
  2. Parents are advised to check that the school office returns to them their ward's Fee Booklet duly signed and stamped while depositing the Fee.
  3. The parents are requested to fill in both parts of the fee slips of Fee Booklet before presenting the same for payment, otherwise, the fee deposited may remain in suspense.
  4. All dues should be cleared before a student is admitted to the Quarterly, Half Yearly and Final Examination.
  5. The fee booklet must be submitted along with the application for the Transfer Certificate.
  6. Fee and charges are subject to revision from time to time.
  7. The School Leaving Certificate will not be issued until all dues to the school have been cleared.
  8. If the student remains absent he/she must pay the fee until he/she obtains a Transfer Certificate.
