Admision Policy
Admission Process
- Admissions are open for the academic session 2026-2027 for classes Nursery to Grades IX & XI.
- The application form for admissions can be downloaded online (www.stteresasschooljpr.in) or collected from the school campus.
- Submission of the completed application form with necessary documents as mentioned in the application form and payment of Rs 1000/- (only online).
(Note: Submission of the completed application form does not guarantee admission)
- On Grant of admission, completion of the formalities including payment of fees within --------days of the offer for admission.
Admission Policy
•Admission to Class I is granted to children who are 5 years and 6 months old.
•Age criteria for higher classes will follow the school’s approved age scale.
•Students coming from any recognized school must submit a School Leaving / Transfer Certificate.
•Students admitted at any time during the academic year must pay the full annual fee, even if they join late.
•An attested copy of the latest report card/result must be submitted along with the duly filled admission form.
•All submitted documents (certificates, report cards, etc.) will not be returned.
•The Principal’s decision regarding selection and admission shall be final.
Admission to Class-XI
In addition to CBSE eligibility norms, the school follows its own criteria:
•Strong academic performance in Classes IX and X.
•Final marks of Class IX and Pre-Board marks of Class X will be considered.
•Regularity in attendance, discipline, and academic work in Classes VIII–X.
Admission is based not only on academics but also on:
•Mental ability
•Moral character
•Serious attitude towards studies
•The school places great emphasis on character formation.
•Mere academic excellence does not guarantee admission.
•The Principal, in consultation with the governing body, is the final authority on admissions to Class XI.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal After Class X
•Students wishing to leave the school after the Class X Board Examination must apply for a Transfer Certificate on or before 31st March.
•Failure to do so will require payment of April Quarter fees, regardless of attendance.
General Clause
•The School Management reserves the right to add, modify, or amend any of the above rules.
•All rules are binding on parents and students.
